We can plan & coordinate parties, fundraisers, & even corporate promotions. Includes all the activities of the Basic 1-HR Clown Show PLUS A look-alike character appearance -OR- 30 mins of extra activities.

1) A booking is a verbal contract made official when we receieve your $50 deposit. The remainder is paid to the clown CASH (no checks unless pre-approved) UPON ARRIVAL (not at the end show).
2) Please schedule us at least 1-HOUR AFTER the party starts. Our tight schedule prevents us from having the time to wait for late guests and we can't re-start face painting, etc. for late arrivals.
3) Please answer your phone on the day of the party - The clown may need directions, etc.
4) Classy Clowns will call to verify the booking to ensure there are no changes. If you need to change, the clown may not be available at the new time. If you must cancel or change the booking please give us 72 hours notice or your deposit cannot be returned. There is a $5.00 processing fee for all cancelations.
If a host waits until the clown arrives to cancel, they will be billed the entire booking amount.
5) Please supervise guests during the show, guests/children should not be disruptively unruly or loud. Classy clowns is not responsible for damage or injury caused by unruly guests (including face paint spillage or transfer) & the host is responsible for any Classy Clowns property damaged by unruly guests. 6) Please allow the clown to perform the entire show without interruptions for other activities.
7) Please allow 15 mintues of time flexibility before or after the start time for traffic/scheduling issues.
8) Although cancelations are rare, please plan other activities in case an emergency prevents our arrival. Your deposit will be promptly returned if this situation occurs.
9) If there are any special instructions for us (children with face-paint allergies, religious prohibitions, etc.), please notify us before the party to avoid a problem.
10) Face Painters will not paint a child that has to be forcibly held down - that is very dangerous..
11) Please extend the clown common courtesies: a beverage in hot weather, a shady spot to perform, access to bathrooms, access to a phone in an emergency, etc.

Sparkles The Clown is a retired nurse & middle school teacher who has many years of experience working with special needs children (this comes in handy with scared kids). Sparkles has been clowning since 1980, when she served as a Service Unit Director (volunteer) for the Girl Scouts in San Antonio & was a volunteer teacher at the clown day camp and for Christian clowns shows. When you call us, Sparkles will likely be the lovely voice that answers your call. She should be your first call when searching for Houston clowns because she has some of the best clowns in Houston and other services at her disposal!
