**The stated prices are for  Houston Clown Parties. If your party is not in the City of Houston (such as: Baytown, Sugarland, Missouri City, Cypress, Katy, Stafford, League City, Friendswood, Conroe, The Woodlands, Humble, Livingston, Atascocita, Pearland, La Porte, Sealy, Richmond, Rosenburg, Galveston, Dickenson, Magnolia, Tomball, Angleton, Texas City, Beaumont, Wharton, Prarie View, Huntsville, La Grange, etc.).. there may be a travel fee.

DELUXE Party Package Includes all the activities of the Basic 1-Hr Clown Show PLUS A look-alike character appearance! $200.00 for up to 20 kids.

Singing Clown-A-Grams with balloon bouquet from $50.00 -- Weekdays ONLY!

* The party is aprox. 1-hr but can vary slightly due to the  particpation level of the kids/guests.

--------> CLOWN PARTY GUIDELINES and TIPS <--------PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! 1) A booking is a verbal contract made official when we receieve your deposit. The remainder is paid to the clown CASH (no checks) upon arrival. If any balances are due after the party, the remaining amount will be billed to the credit card. 2) Please schedule us at least 1-HOUR AFTER the party starts. Our tight schedule prevents us from waiting for or restarting a part of the show for late guests (i.e. if someone arrives after the face painting is put up, they can't get painted). 3) Please answer your phone on the day of the party - The clown may need directions, etc. and non-response my delay the clown signifigantly. 4) Classy Clowns will call to verify the booking to ensure there are no changes. If you need to change at the last minute, the clown may not be available at the new time. If you must cancel or change the booking please give us 72 hours notice or your deposit cannot be returned. There is a $5.00 processing fee for all client cancelations.  If a host waits until the clown arrives to cancel (because not enough people showed up to the party, etc.), they will be charged the entire booking amount. 5) Please supervise guests during the show, guests/children should not be disruptively unruly or loud. Classy clowns is not responsible for damage or injury caused by unruly guests (including face paint spillage or transfer) & the host is responsible for any Classy Clowns property damaged by unruly guests. If guests become unruly the clown may have to become firm with the children. 6) Please allow the clown to perform the entire show without interruptions for other activities (cutting cake, eating, pinata, etc.)- the clown can only wait if you agree to honor the 1-hour timeframe which means cutting back on other parts of the show. 7) Please allow flexibility for the clown to arrive 15 mins before or after the start time for traffic/scheduling issues. There are alot of traffic suprises when you make clown parties in Houston. 8) Although cancelations are very rare, please plan other activities in case an emergency prevents our arrival. 100% of your deposit will be promptly returned if this situation occurs. 9) If there are any special instructions for us (children with face-paint allergies, religious prohibitions, etc.), please notify us before the party (ideally through the email link) to avoid a problem. 10) Face Painters will not paint a child that has to be forcibly held down as this is dangerous. We don't recommend face paint for infants - they may dirty their clothes, etc. 11) Balloon animals WILL POP and that sometimes makes little ones upset but its 100% UNAVOIDABLE. We can't spend a great deal of time remaking balloons or it can make us go over our time and doing so also causes the other children to become upset that they only got 1 balloon while someone else got 2. 12) Please extend the clown common courtesies: a beverage after the show, a shady spot to perform, shetler in cold weather or rain, access to bathrooms, access to a phone in an emergency.. 13) If you have a bounce, train, petting-zoo, etc. at the same time as the clown, some or most of the childen may be too distracted to really enjoy the show.
